We are an intermediary, not a rental company

Vojzza is a platform that connects you with car rental businesses in Albania. We do not own cars and we do not rent them out.

The rental is directly between you and the business offering the car. That business is responsible for the car, its documents, its insurance, and its handover and return.

How a booking works

You send a request with your dates and pick-up location. The business accepts or declines it. Only after acceptance is the booking confirmed, and only then does the business receive your phone number and email.

If the business declines or does not respond, you pay nothing and owe nothing.

Payment goes to the business

Vojzza takes no money from you. The rental, the deposit and the insurance are paid directly to the business, at handover or as agreed with it.

Prices are set by the business. A deposit is a guarantee, returned when the car comes back undamaged.

Cancellation

You may cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before pick-up. After that, the business's own conditions apply.

Because the rental is for specific dates, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply — only the window above does.

What we expect from you

• Accurate details — a name, phone and email where you can actually be reached.
• A valid driving licence, and meeting the conditions the business publishes for the car.
• No fake bookings and no blocking of dates without real intent.

What we are not responsible for

We are responsible for the platform working and for your request reaching the business correctly. We are not responsible for the condition of the car, insurance, delays, damage during the rental, or financial disputes between you and the business.

Photos, prices and conditions are published by the business. We verify a business before it appears publicly, but we do not check every detail of every car.

Reviews

After the rental we send you a link to leave a review — one per booking, under a shortened form of your name. We remove only abusive reviews or ones unrelated to a real rental; we do not delete them for being negative.
