Partner Agreement

The terms between Vojzza and the businesses that list their cars on vojzza.al.

1. Purpose

This agreement governs the relationship between Vojzza and a business that registers on the platform to receive bookings. By submitting an application, the business accepts every point below.

We provide the platform and the customers. The business provides the cars, the rental contract and the service. No partnership, agency or employment relationship is created between us.

2. Registration and verification

An application must carry truthful details: trading name, NIPT, owner, address and a contact number that answers. We review it and approve or decline within a reasonable time.

A NIPT may be registered only once. False information is immediate grounds for refusal or suspension.

3. Commission

For every booking the business accepts, Vojzza earns 10% of that rental's total value. The commission is calculated at the moment of acceptance and shown in the panel.

Declined and cancelled bookings carry no commission. The commission is not reduced if the business and the customer later agree a different price off-platform.

Collection is periodic and invoiced. Non-payment within the agreed period is grounds for suspending listings.

4. Customer data

A customer's contact details are revealed to the business only once it has accepted the booking. Those details may be used solely to arrange and carry out that rental.

  • No use for advertising, mailing lists or other offers.
  • No passing or selling to third parties.
  • No accepting a booking in order to obtain the contact and move the deal off the platform.
  • Data is deleted once it is no longer needed and the law no longer requires it to be kept.

5. Business obligations

  • Keep listings accurate: real prices, photos, availability and conditions.
  • Answer requests within a reasonable time — an unanswered request loses the customer for both of us.
  • Honour every accepted booking, with the car and the conditions advertised.
  • Hold compulsory insurance and valid documents for every vehicle.
  • Resolve disputes with customers directly, in line with consumer protection law.

6. Reviews

Reviews are written by customers and published as they are. We do not delete a review because it is negative. We remove only those containing abuse, third-party personal data, or proven to be unrelated to a real rental.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account where the business supplies false information, breaches section 4, fails to honour accepted bookings, systematically collects negative reviews, or does not pay commission.

The business may leave at any time by notifying us in writing. Bookings accepted before departure must be honoured and their commission paid.

8. Liability

The business is fully responsible for its vehicles, its service and its contracts with customers. If a customer turns to us over harm caused by the business, the business holds us harmless.

We do not guarantee any number of bookings and are not liable for profit lost to technical interruptions.

9. Changes and law

Changes to this agreement, including the commission rate, are notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
