What we collect

We never ask for card or payment details — we take no money from you.

• When you book: your name, phone, email, dates, pick-up and drop-off locations.
• When you register as a business: the business details and the account email.
• Automatically: technical data such as your IP address, needed for security.

Why we use it

• To carry out the booking and put you in touch with the business.
• To email you when the booking is accepted or declined, and to ask you for a review.
• To keep the platform secure — for example, blocking repeated sign-in attempts.

Who sees it

Until the business accepts your booking, it sees only a shortened form of your name and a masked phone number. Your full contact details are shared only after acceptance, and only for that rental — the business may not use them for advertising or pass them on.

Beyond the business, your data is seen only by the technical services that keep us running (database, hosting, email delivery). We do not sell it and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Bookings: 24 months after the rental ends, then anonymised.
• Business accounts: while active, plus 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how it is used. Write to info@vojzza.al — we answer within 30 days.

Security

The site runs only over encrypted connections. Passwords are stored hashed and cannot be read, including by us. If a breach ever puts you at risk, we notify you without delay.

Cookies and changes

We use only the sign-in cookie for businesses — no analytics, no trackers. See the Cookie Policy.

When this page changes, we update the date at the top. The service is addressed to adults.
